Established with private funding, the museum was founded by David Golden, the president of CGR Advisors, and Annette Cone-Skelton, a prominent Atlanta artist and arts consultant. MOCA GA begins its life with the extensive collections of Atlanta-based CGR Advisors, a real estate advisory company, and Mr. Golden.
